So I was skeptical at first because it was definitely a hole in the wall kind of restaurant. Parking is limited at the front but apparently there's a street access to the back of the restaurant and parking is available there. The guy at the counter was so nice! The waitresses were nice too, but didn't interact much. It's a "seat yourself & we'll bring the food out" kind of place. " I got the spaghetti and meatballs & omg! It was good! My friend got the lemon chicken dinner. She said it was okay. Very lemony if you like that kind of thing. They sell ice cream in the back which was good! All dinners come with a salad and bread. The salad was good!! Bread was nice and soft! Overall, it was good. Would I return? Yeah if I'm on that side of town (pretty far from where I live)

Great casual dining with good food and a relax atmosphere. The parking can leave a lot to be desired, as it is limited but there is a combination of private and street parking. Quality of the food remains to be consistently well and the prices are reasonable. I love that each entree is provided a side salad and bread. The salad is one of my favorite in the city. The ambience is casual and definitely gives the vibe of come as you are by yourself as well as in groups. Service is good, at times depending on the cashier taking the order it leave some room for improvement but overall lovely people. Just not always engaging. I come here time and time again after so many years because it never disappoints.

So happy to have found this spot today! I had a perfect lunch that ended with a delicious raspberry gelato. Gio's is a family-style Italian restaurant with such a great ambiance that I momentarily forgot I was in Atlanta. Today was my first visit, but it definitely won't be my last. For the record, when you enter, you place your order with the front server. Once you pay, you take your seat and your meal will be served to you. It doesn't hurt to listen for your number on the receipt. For today's lunch special, I had the chicken parmigiana paired with their house salad, which was plenty for $12.75! You can't beat this lunch special. The menu offers plenty of other options to choose from. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. It was prepared fresh with quality ingredients. Once again, I loved the ambiance here. It's really cozy here, and I'm happy to have stumbled across this place. There's free parking on the opposite side of the entrance. If you're not able to dine in for the experience, you can possibly find them on Uber Eats

I've wanted to come here for awhile and when I did make it, it didn't disappoint. The chicken was tender and the lemon sauce was so favorable. Portions are large so be prepared! This was a great find!

They have very right limited parking spaces. Most of the time, we do pickup. They have both indoor and outdoor seats with nice ambience and Mediterranean decor. If the place is full, it can get noisy easily; but that's the vibe of the restaurant. Our regular ordered dishes are lemon chicken (Sorrentina Singolo) and meatball spaghetti. The lemon chicken (Sorrentina Singolo) is one of their signature dishes, and it never disappoint. Tender chickens with a well balance lemon flavor. The dish goes with a side of salad which is fresh and tasty. The meatball spaghetti is also delicious. The restaurant and the Antico pizza shared the same space. Thus, if you dined in, you could have the seats and order food from both places. Highly recommend!

Perfect for my sick day in! My boyfriend is out of town right now and ordered the "award-winning" zuppa di pollo for me as a surprise via UberEats. Everything was packaged so nicely (ignore the juice, ordered from another company--also delicious though), with the Acini de Pepe pasta in a separate container so as to not get soggy/expand too much. It also came with a piece of bread that was a delicious pairing. This soup was just what I needed and tasted flavorful and healthy, chock full of pulled chicken, onions, celery, and carrots in broth. I feel myself getting better in no time! Thank you for being a part of my healing journey. Can't wait to come in when I'm well and try more dishes.
